Refund and Cancellation Policy

At My Little Steppers, we are committed to providing high-quality educational and childcare services. To ensure transparency and fairness, we have established the following Refund and Cancellation Policy for all our services.
1. Refunds

Services and Programs: All fees paid for services, including homeschool co-op, after-school care, and on-the-job learning programs, are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Eligibility for Refund: Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

If the service was not delivered as agreed or if it significantly deviates from the terms outlined in the service agreement.

If you are unable to attend a program due to an emergency or unforeseen circumstance, you may contact us within 7 days of the scheduled service to request a refund. Each case will be reviewed individually, and a decision will be made based on the circumstances.

Refund Process: To request a refund, you must contact us via email at support@mylittlesteppers.org within 7 days from the date of service. Please provide a detailed reason for your refund request, along with any supporting documentation if applicable. We will review your request and respond within 4 business days.
2. Cancellations

Service Cancellations:

If you need to cancel your participation in any program or service, you must notify us at least 7 days in advance. Cancellations made within 1 days of the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee.

For recurring services (e.g., monthly co-op programs), cancellations must be made at least 30 days before the next billing cycle.

Cancellation Process: To cancel any service or program, please contact us at support@mylittlesteppers.org or call 770-639-105. Include your name, service details, and reason for cancellation. We will confirm your cancellation and provide any necessary instructions.
3. Non-Refundable Fees
Certain fees are non-refundable under all circumstances, including but not limited to:

Registration fees

Administrative fees

Any fees paid for services that have already been rendered or attended
4. Special Circumstances

Emergencies: If an emergency or unforeseen circumstance prevents you from using our services, we may, at our discretion, offer a partial refund or credit towards future services. Please contact us as soon as possible in these situations.

Service Changes: In the event that My Little Steppers cancels or reschedules a service or program, you will be notified promptly, and a full refund will be issued, or we will offer an alternative service of equal value.
5. Refund Method
Refunds will be issued using the same method as the original payment (e.g., credit card, PayPal). Please allow up to 7 business days for your refund to be processed.
